​參選前請細閱 Read carefully before submission

  1. 請勿重複遞交參選表格;

  2. 截止報名日期為2023年3月9日(星期四)下午6:00;

  3. 參選人於遞交表格後，仍能於截止日期前，透過電郵內之鏈結修改報名表格; 於截止後表格將不能再作任何修改, 敬請留意;

  4. 提交參選表格前，請確保填報資料均為正確無誤, 當中尤以電郵地址及聯絡電話 為重;

  5. 報名階段，參選人無需呈交證書或任何證明文件副本;

  6. 請將「ote2023@hkpa.hk」加入到閣下電郵聯絡人名單中，以確保能收到大會之電子郵件;

  7. 參選人若於2023年3月20日(星期一)尚未收到初選面試約見電郵，有機會是因電郵系統有誤 (常見為誤投於「垃圾郵件箱」中)，請自行於2023年3月20至22日(星期一至三)，上午10時至下午5時之時間內，致電5178 3421向主辦機構查詢;

  8. 如發現參選人虛報資料，主辦機構有權取消其參選資格而不須作出任何通知;

  9. 主辦機構保留更改規則及其他安排的權利而毋須事先通知參選者;

  10. 提名人可提名多位參選人。

  1. Do not resubmit;

  2. Submission deadline is 9 March, 2023 (Thur), 6:00 p.m.;

  3. Candidate still can through the hyperlink which attached at the reply email from the organizer to edit the application form before deadline;no changes can be made on the application form after deadline;

  4. Please confirm all the submitted information be correct, especially for the Contact Email Address & Contact Number ;

  5. During the registration stage, copies of certificate and supporting document are not required;

  6. ​Please add "ote2023@hkpa.hk" in your email contact list, ensure that can receive the email from us;

  7. If you have not received any primary election interview email (please also check the Spam Folder) by 20 March, 2023 (Monday), you may have missed the E-mail. Please contact us at 5178 3421 on 20-22 March 2023 (Monday to Wednesday) from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;

  8. The organizer reserves the rights to disqualify candidate if any false information of candidate is found;

  9. In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the rights of final decision;

  10. Nominator could nominate more than one candidate.
