評選準則 Selection criteria
評選準則基本視乎各不同組別的特性，而評判亦重視參選人的品格、奮鬥、領導才能、所得獎項或成就、貢獻及面試表現等。
Criteria for selection generally depends on the characteristics of different groups. Judges also value candidates’ character, determination, leadership qualifications, awards or achievements, contributions and interview performance.
獎項 Awards
1. 「十大傑出少年」可獲獎座、證書及獎學金叄仟元正。
2. 「傑出少年」二十名，可獲獎座、證書及獎學金壹仟元正。
- 以上各得獎者均會自動成為『傑出少年協會』成員。
- 主辦機構並會為得獎者出版書藉，分享他們的成功經歷。
3. 進入複選者均獲「傑出少年選舉」良好獎狀。
4. 主辦機構將致送紀念品予「十大傑出少年」及「傑出少年」之提名人 。
1. Awardees of ‘Ten Outstanding Teens’ receive trophies, certificates and HKD$3000 scholarships.
2. Twenty ‘Outstanding Teens’ receive trophies, certificates and HKD$1000 scholarships
Awardees will automatically become the member of Outstanding Teens Association.
Organizer will publish a book sharing their successful experiences.
3. Candidates who get to the final will receive the ‘Hong Kong Outstanding Teens Election' Certificate of Merit.
4. The Organizer will grant souvenir to the nominator of ‘Ten Outstanding Teens’ and ‘Outstanding Teens’ awardees.
