Eligibility Criteria
Welcome Hong Kong residents aged 11 to 17 to participate, and they must be nominated by an adult aged 21 or above.
(Nominators may nominate multiple candidates.)
Junior Category: Aged 11 to 14 (those who have reached 11 years old but are not yet 15 as of March 31, 2025)
Senior Category: Aged 15 to 17 (those who have reached 15 years old but are not yet 18 as of March 31, 2025)

"Individuals who have demonstrated outstanding performance in academics, the arts, sports, creativity, character, technology, and other areas."

(Determined Category)
"Individuals who, despite encountering difficulties, setbacks, or adversities in their personal growth experiences, courageously face challenges and live positively, demonstrating a love for life and a proactive attitude."

"Individuals who actively participate in community service, demonstrating a selfless dedication and a proactive attitude towards building a better society and serving others."
